"For many years even as a young child, I wouldn't show my teeth when I smiled.
Unfortunately when I was a young child I had large doses of Tetracycline antibiotics which stained my teeth a greyish colour with definite horizontal dark grey lines throughout. In photos when I smiled it looked like I had black teeth. After many years of home bleaching there was some improvement, the teeth were in general whiter, but still had the striped appearance and the area up near my gum would never change colour.
After visiting for my regular check-up appointment I mentioned my problem and he suggested to me I could have some cosmetic work done on my front teeth to change the overall appearance, he recommended Porcelain Veneers on my front 8 teeth which would greatly improve the overall colour and shape of my teeth as they were wearing down and chipping as time went by.
My Dentist introduced me to Louis Van Zyl of Ceramic Creations; he would be the man who would be actually making my porcelain veneers. We set up a meeting and Louis was great, he was very patient he spent allot of time chatting with me so we were able to work out my expectations and the results we could both expect and be happy with.
After having my veneers placed on my teeth I seriously haven’t stopped smiling!!!!
